A Time To Weep

I had another post scheduled for this week, but out of incredible sadness for what happened with George Floyd, and out of respect for all the pain being felt the world over from this and many other terrible acts of injustice, I felt it was better to have a little bit of silence here on the blog instead.

May we meet people where they are, and love as God has first loved us.

  1. Precious words and very moving from your lovely heart Cassia!💕

Not only should we mourn for this poor gentleman’s family. He was brutally murdered and that’s so horrific & unfair!
Yet there are Christians being killed for their faith all over the world for our dear Lord and Savior Jesus.
And they do not get any news attention and it’s not in the media. .
Violence will continue on this planet until the Prince of Peace returns… seems like He may come back soon the way the world is!
Please forgive me for not staying in touch with you and Walker!
You guys are very loved by all of us and I think of you often and we pray for you,

I just haven’t been a very good Christian friend and I’m sorry about that!
We think the world of you guys and would love to see you one of these days too🌻💕

This post was perfect and precious💕

God bless honey and love to you in Christ.

    1. You are so, so sweet, thoughtful, and kind! No forgiveness is necessary…I know you struggle with migraines, and from one person who struggles with chronic illness to another, I completely understand how hard it is to keep in touch with people as much as we would like. Just the fact that you read my blog and take the time to leave comments at times means more than you know ❤

Thank you for your thoughtful and encouraging words about this post as well. It's so sobering and heartbreaking to think about what other believers throughout the world suffer, and how little of a voice they have. Thank you for reminding me of that.

      I love you!
